We bring your attention to the following terms and conditions, which apply whenever you make a purchase from us. 
 

Prices
We take reasonable care to ensue that the price of the items indicated to you is correct, but we may amend prices at any time. Therefore, all goods will be billed at the prices prevailing at the time of the purchase.

Exchange Policy and limited warranty

We have an exclusive genuine collection, which means we ensure on not selling any defected goods at the time of the purchase. 

We offer no return policy after the purchase is made.
We also want to assure you that we give our customers ample time to make a decision before making a purchase. We have a policy of allowing customers to try on our products in-store physically to ensure that they are satisfied with the fit and comfort before making a purchase.

However, once a purchase has been made, we do not allow exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The customer needs to adhere to the following conditions:

• - For manufacturing defect goods can be exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase in case of Skechers Footwear and within 180 days from the date of purchase in case of Nike Footwear.

• - In case of exchange the date of purchase will be considered while calculating the warranty period.

• - Exchange is offered for the same or more purchase value. If the replaced product value is more, then the customer will have to pay the remaining amount. 

• - Different products are designed for different usage. The product will not be exchanged if it has been used inappropriately, which is not solving the main purpose. 

• - If the product comes in contact with harsh, rough and sharp objects and materials it will be considered not fit for exchange.

• - We reserve the rights to make any amendments to this policy.
