What we collect
This website is run by L S RETAILS, the company behind Marathon stores, and is hosted on Shopify.
When you send an enquiry, feedback or a call-back request through this site, we receive what you type in the form and the page you sent it from. A call-back request goes to the store you choose, and we keep a record of it (when you asked, when the store called and how it ended) so head office can check every request is answered. When you message a store on WhatsApp or call, that conversation stays between you and the store. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Marathon Fit log
If you ask us to keep your measurements and the shoes you tried, we store them against your name and phone number at the store so your next fitting starts where the last one ended. Ask any store to show you your log, correct it or delete it.
People in our content
People appear in Marathon's photographs and stories only with written consent. Places and times in our "Since" stories are generalised so that no one's routine can be traced.
Prices and products
Prices shown on this site, where shown, are maximum retail prices inclusive of all taxes and are confirmed in store on the day. Product specifications are as published by the brands.
